I'm looking forward to getting my studio ready to run some wonderful intimate small yoga classes. With a maximum of 4 or 5 people (depending on the practice) it will be a wonderful opportunity to have a mini-retreat away from the busyness of life.
When I've run these kind of sessions in the past we have usually found that each group forms a small kind of community - though there is no obligation to be social if that's not what you're looking for.
I'm planning to run some classes which will include gentle, meditative movement practices, working with the breath and learning how to bring our bodies and minds to stillness - and perhaps discovering what, in our own lives, comes between us and our experience of stillness. These sessions will be suitable for those who are currently experiencing fatigue, burnout or exhaustion in their lives through illness or stress - as well as those who feel they're heading in that direction.
