Yoga can prove to be a wonderful way to explore the changing territory as you move towards birth and motherhood. It can also become an invaluable tool to take with you into parenthood and beyond ….
Whether this is your first pregnancy, or you have been pregnant before, the practice of Yoga can help you to maintain optimum health throughout your pregnancy and can help to prepare you physically and mentally for the birth of your baby.

I am fully trained in Pregnancy Yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga and Post Natal Yoga with Birthlight. All classes are specifically designed for this special time. I'm also a trained hypnotherapist so you can be sure that you will get the best possible chance to relax deeply as well as to move your body in safe and comfortable ways.
All classes include posture work, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and time a bit of social bonding! Some of the smaller classes take place in the Blissful Living Garden Yoga Studio - which is a wonderful venue for you to let go of the busyness of your life and give yourself some wonderfully relaxing and refreshing "me-time".

All the girls still meet up every week for lunch, ...... I think we have been a really good support for each other....and we all met because of you so for that I thank you.
The Yoga classes are great. Even while I was getting bigger in my pregnancy there have always been stretches and postures that I can do safely. The mixture of the physical side with the breathing and deep relaxation has helped me to feel more confident about the birth. The time for a drink and a snack afterwards has been a great way for me to get to know other pregnant women locally.
