Yoga at the Barn Spa

For some time I've taught Pregnancy Yoga and Post Natal Yoga classes, and to broaden my knowledge I've been studying for the Birthlight Well Woman Yoga Diploma.  It's a natural progression for me to want to start to offer a range of classes that take advantage of my skills, knowledge and experience.  From September, in addition to a range of classes running in Northwich, I will be teaching specialist women's classes at the Barn Spa, tailored to be appropriate to different stages of a woman's life.

Come and  Join me in the calming tranquil setting of the Barn Spa to put the busyness of the world on hold for a while and reach inwards to touch the peace that dwells within …

Every Tuesday – Blissful Living offers specialised women’s yoga classes at The Barn Spa , High Legh WA16 0RZ .  Details below:

10.00 – 11. 30 am Yin Yoga - Slow and reflective practice  Holding postures for several minutes  we allow the body to work beyond the muscles and reach the connective tissues and joints.  This can result in new depths in postures,  broader ranges of motion and a deep sense of inner peacefulness.

12.00 – 1.30 pm Mother & Baby Yoga

Bring your baby  and practice with or alongside your little one.  Rebuild yourself physically and energetically after childbirth and allow  you and your baby to learn the bliss of deep relaxation. Suitable from newborn  to crawling babies.

4.00 – 5.30 pm Well Woman Yoga
