a selection of yoga breathing techniques to use during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. Opportunity to practice together,
to learn about pain minimising techniques and how you can best support one another during your pregnancy and birth experience.

have a small studio at our home in Northwich, Cheshire which is used for yoga and hypnotherapy sessions. It is warm
and comfortable and everything you will need is supplied.
