20th - 22nd August, North
Staffs
I will be teaching Yoga at the Just So Festival -
a weekend-long festival where children and their families can embark on musical, artistic and literary adventures in
a wild natural landscape. It sounds wonderful fun so book yourselves a space and come along and join in!! A few
more details from the Guardian on Saturday 23rd Jan shown below:
Staffordshire's new Just So festival may not be the first summer shindig to cater for families but it might just
be the most child-friendly of the lot. Set in 65 acres of woodland near Leek, with pitches arranged in groups around a campfire
cooking area, it boasts everything from dedicated baby-changing tents with mats and wipes to a bedtime noise curfew, so the
little ones can get their sleep. Of course, rest will be the last thing on their minds, given the programme of events: bushcraft
workshops, "wildplay" sessions (that is, imaginative outdoor games), storytelling, Punch and Judy, a fairy queen
trail, and even a proper sand beach with deckchairs. Not to mention a Moomin party. 20-22 August. Early bird tickets available now: adult weekend £45,
child weekend £25; adult day £20, child day £10. Under fives nominal 1p charge.
