Aims of Youth Yoga
Young people go through massive changes during their High School years.  Not only are there huge physical changes to deal with, but emotional and belief systems are being established based on the influences and interpretation of the world around them.
 
Throughout the High School years, young people are starting to find their own identity and how they fit in with peers, adults and the world at large.  Social, academic and family pressures can sometimes make this a stressful time of life.
