Whether this is your first pregnancy, or you have been pregnant before, the practice of Yoga can help you to maintain optimum health throughout your pregnancy and can help to prepare you physically and mentally for the birth of your baby. 

Join me for wonderfully relaxing and strengthening pregnancy yoga classes – stretch your body, still your mind, refresh your soul and meet other pregnant women in a relaxed and nurturing environment.

I am fully trained in Pregnancy Yoga, and all classes are specifically designed for this special time. 

All classes are 2 hours and include posture work, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and time for a cup of tea and a bit of social bonding! Mats can be loaned for the first few sessions and are available to purchase. Everything else provided - just bring yourself and your bump!
